These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QR Campaigns, a service operated by Wavy Apps, a sole proprietorship based in Lehigh Acres, Florida ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What QR Campaigns does

QR Campaigns lets businesses create trackable QR codes, view scan activity, and send SMS notifications to customers who have opted in to receive them.

SMS messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from QR Campaigns (Wavy Apps) at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact support@qrcampaigns.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

Program name: QR Campaigns Notifications

Message types: account verification codes, account notifications, scan-activity alerts, and occasional product updates.

Message frequency: varies based on your account activity. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on our website.

Getting help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@qrcampaigns.com.

Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use QR Campaigns to:

• Send messages to anyone who has not given clear consent to receive them.
• Send spam, phishing, illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Fees

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

QR Campaigns and its software, design, and content are owned by Wavy Apps. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the service and grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavy Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
